严寒地区抽水蓄能电站混凝土面板防冻抗渗研究

Research on frost resistance and impermeability of concrete facings in pumped storage power stations in cold regions

摘要 为解决严寒地区抽水蓄能电站混凝土面板在极端低温环境下的防冻抗渗问题,选取新疆某抽水蓄能电站构建一套适用于严寒地区的混凝土面板防冻抗渗技术体系。研究综合运用了试验研究法、资料调研法、对比分析法,并通过碱活性试验、混凝土配合比试验等确定了面板混凝土强度、抗渗、抗冻等级并初选适配的聚合物纤维,经资料调研筛选出适用于寒冷地区抽水蓄能电站的涂覆材料,运用对比分析法从结构设计、材料选择等方面为严寒区面板接缝止水结构与材料优化提供多种可行策略。通过系统研究混凝土面板抗裂防冻性能、外层涂覆材料、接缝止水结构等关键环节,提出系列优化措施并明确了研究总体思路与技术路线,切实满足了该地区混凝土面板坝在防冻抗渗方面的设计施工需求,为保障工程安全稳定运行、推动相关领域技术发展提供了有力支撑。 To address the challenges of frost resistance and impermeability of concrete facings in pumped storage power stations under extremely low temperatures in cold regions,a concrete facing frost-resistant and impermeable technical system suitable for cold regions was developed based on a pumped storage power station in Xinjiang.The study comprehensively employed ex-perimental research,literature review,and comparative analysis methods.Through alkali activity tests and concrete mix propor-tion tests,the strength,impermeability,and frost resistance grades of the facing concrete were determined,and suitable polymer fibers were initialy selected.Based on literature research,appropriate coating materials for pumped storage power stations in cold regions were identified.Using comparative analysis,multiple feasible strategies were proposed for optimizing joint water-stop structures and materials of concrete facings in cold regions,focusing on structural design and material selection.By sys-tematically studying key aspects such as crack resistance and antifreeze performance of concrete panels,outer coating materials,and joint waterproofing structures,a series of optimization measures were proposed and the overall research ideas and technical routes were elaborated.This effectively meets the design and construction needs of concrete panel dams in the region in terms of antifreeze and anti-seepage,providing strong support for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the project and promoting technological development in related fields.
