摘要
解决桥梁加固用环氧结构胶由于制备过程固化剂选择不佳,导致其在桥梁加固过程中综合性能较差的问题。选用E-51型以及E-44型的环氧树脂进行混合,采用芳香胺作为结构胶的固化剂,制备结构胶。分别针对制备出的试件进行黏度测试和压缩测试。结果显示:随着剪切速率的增大,试件黏度从9.25 Pa·s下降到4.18 Pa·s,当剪切速率超过32.18 s^(-1)后,试件黏度趋于稳定,具体屈服黏度为5.28 Pa·s。试件裂缝间距为20~30μm,最大断块宽度在8μm以内。第二次弹性阶段后,胶体横梁位移变形缩短到0.5 mm以内。试验测得胶体的屈服强度为76.6 MPa,最终破坏强度为108 MPa。制备的环氧结构胶在粘接性以及抗压性方面表现良好,混合双型环氧树脂可发挥更高的抗压强度。
To solve the problem of poor comprehensive performance of epoxy structural adhesive for bridge rein⁃forcement in the process of bridge reinforcement due to the poor selection of curing agent in the preparation process.E-51 type and E-44 type epoxy resin were mixed,and aromatic amine was used as curing agent to prepare structur⁃al adhesive.The viscosity test and compression test were carried out for the prepared specimens.The results show that with the increase of shear rate,the viscosity of the specimen decreases from 9.25 Pa·s to 4.18 Pa·s.When the shear rate exceeds 32.18 s^(-1),the viscosity of the specimen tends to be stable,and the specific yield viscosity is 5.28 Pa·s.The crack spacing of the specimen is 20~30μm,and the maximum block width is within 8μm.After the second elastic stage,the displacement deformation of the colloidal beam is shortened to less than 0.5 mm.The yield strength of the colloid was 76.6 MPa,and the final failure strength was 108 MPa.The prepared epoxy structural ad⁃hesive performs well in adhesion and compression resistance,and the mixed double-type epoxy resin can exert high⁃er compressive strength.
