植物纤维/密胺食品接触材料中半挥发性有机物的安全性研究

摘要 目的通过研究新型植物纤维/密胺复合食品接触材料的潜在使用安全风险,为此类材料的生产及使用提供科学依据。方法本文采用气相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间高分辨质谱,结合非靶向筛查技术和风险评估方法,对原料类型、接触的食品模拟物类型、迁移规律3个维度进行筛查分析,全面考察植物纤维/密胺复合材料所迁移出的半挥发性有机物的可能来源及风险。结果植物纤维/密胺制品中共筛查出12种不同的半挥发性迁移物质,其来源与复合材料中的植物纤维密切关联,且迁移风险在安全阈值内。此外,迁移规律研究表明,可迁移半挥发性物质的迁移量随着食品模拟物中的乙醇浓度升高而逐渐变大,随着使用次数的增加而逐渐减小。结论植物纤维/密胺食品接触材料中半挥发性有机物的迁移对人体健康的影响风险较低。 The work aims to investigate safety risks of plant fiber/melamine composite food contact materials and provide a scientific basis for their production and use.The methods of gas chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight high-resolution mass spectrometry,combined with non-targeted screening technology and risk assessment,were used to carry out screening and analysis from the three dimensions of raw material type,food simulant type and migration pattern.Then,the possible sources and risks of semi-volatile organic compounds migrated from plant fiber/melamine composites were comprehensively investigated.12 different semi-volatile migrating substances were screened from the plant fiber/melamine products,their sources were linked to the plant fibers,and their migration levels were below safety thresholds.Migration pattern studies demonstrated that the migration of semi-volatiles progressively increased with higher ethanol volume fractions in food simulants,whereas it decreased with an increasing number of migration cycles.Therefore,the migration of semi-volatile substances in plant fiber/melamine food contact materials pose a low risk to health.
