摘要
目的包装材料在为产品提供巨大便利的同时日益成为环境污染物的主要来源之一,也消耗了大量的资源和能源。包装绿色转型的本质正是为千差万别的包装制品,针对“治理环境污染,保护地球资源,助力实现净零”3项根本问题,找到适合的技术方案,实现行业的高质量发展。方法本文依据循环经济发展理念,研究包装材料可持续发展的趋势,通过对国内外包装材料方面相关的政策、法规、所采取的措施进行比较研究,具体依据由“减少包材用量(Reduce)、使用可重复利使用设计(Reuse)、促进回收循环(Recycle)、应用可再生材料(Renew)和针对性使用可降解材料(Degradable)”组成的4R1D理念,研究循序渐进地推动各种包装材料可持续发展转型的针对性技术方向,也介绍乳制品包装领域相关实践案例。结论包装材料发展过程中,4R1D循环经济模式下的Reduce和Recycle技术方向国内实践较丰富,可以进一步推广;Renew和Degradable技术方向在场景适配性研究和产业协同性构建上仍可深化。包装材料的使用主体单位依据4R1D原则,进行材料和制品的全生命周期整体盘点转型,逐步替代单点性技术改良可能是未来行业高质量发展的趋势。
While providing conveniences such as shelf life and modern logistics promotion,packaging materials are increasingly becoming one of the main sources of environmental pollutants and consuming a large amount of resources and energy.The sustainable transformation of packaging materials aims to find technical solutions for varies of packaging types towards three basic issues of"Governing pollution,conserving resources,and achieving net-zero",achieving the high-quality development of the industry.Based on the circular economy development model,the development trends of sustainable packaging materials were investigated through a comparative analysis of relevant Chinese and international policies,regulations,and implementation measures in the packaging materials sector.Specifically,the 4R1D concepts were summarized,consisting of Reduce,Reuse,Recycle,Renew and Degradable.Then,the targeted technological approaches for advancing the sustainable transformation of various packaging materials were systematically explored and relevant practical cases from the dairy product packaging sector were introduced.In the development of packaging materials,China has accumulated substantial practical experience in the Reduce and Recycle technological approaches under the 4R1D circular economy model,which warrants broader promotion.However,the Renew and Degradable directions require further deepening in scenario adaptability research and industrial synergy building.For user entities of packaging materials,conducting comprehensive life-cycle assessments and transformations of materials and products in accordance with 4R1D principles,while progressively replacing single-point technological improvements,may represent the future trend for high-quality development in the industry.
