摘要
随着我国经济及医疗产业的发展,消毒灭菌设备需求将持续增长,大量新型的包装材料正在被广泛地应用到医疗器械的包装中。相比于棉布、无纺织物等材料,再生纤维素纤维改性纸张材料作为灭菌包装纸,使用方便、安全且成本较低。对此,先对针叶木浆和阔叶木浆进行生物酶处理,在此基础上添加部分粘胶纤维,以制备医疗器械灭菌包装用纸。设计试验条件,探究打浆度、生物酶处理条件、粘胶纤维掺入量对灭菌包装纸性能的影响,以制备出透气度和物理性能优良的医疗器械灭菌包装用纸。
With the development of China's economy and the development of the medical industry,the demand for disinfection and sterilization equipment will continue to grow,a large number of new packaging materials are being widely used in the packaging of medical devices,compared with cotton,non-woven materials and other materials,recycled cellulose fiber modified paper materials as sterilization wrapping paper,easy to use and safe and low cost.In this paper,coniferous wood pulp and hardwood pulp were treated with biological enzymes,and part of viscose fiber was added on the basis to prepare sterilization packaging paper for medical devices.Experimental conditions were designed to explore the effects of beating degree,enzyme treatment conditions and the amount of viscose fiber on the properties of the sterilization packaging paper,so as to prepare the sterilization packaging paper with good air permeability and physical properties.
