数字经济驱动下我国重点经济发展区域温室气体排放时空演变特征研究

Spatiotemporal evolution of greenhouse gas emission driven by digital economy in China's strategic economic development regions

摘要 温室气体排放导致的全球气候变暖已成为世界各国关注的焦点.数字经济作为全球经济增长和创新发展的核心驱动力,在新时期减污降碳中展现巨大潜力.本研究选取我国经济发达和减污降碳重点区域的京津冀、长三角、珠三角和成渝地区为研究对象,利用空间杜宾耦合固定效应模型,系统研究这些重点区域温室气体排放时空演变特征.结果表明,数字经济对温室气体排放的贡献率年际变化明显,京津冀和珠三角地区其贡献率先期正值小幅波动,达峰值后转为持续负值,即由增排转为减排过程;而长三角和成渝地区数字经济对温室气体排放贡献率呈典型“N型”,贡献率最大值分别为3.4%(2013年)和4.6%(2008年),总体呈增排趋势;2001—2022年,长三角、珠三角、京津冀和成渝地区数字经济对温室气体累积排放量分别为21797.6万t、-5547.3万t、-4005.2万t和11066.6万t,数字经济对温室气体排放贡献量随发展时期变化,存在明显的空间异质性.本研究可为未来实施地域差异化数字经济发展战略,促进城市绿色低碳发展提供支撑. Global warming induced by greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions has emerged as a critical challenge for the international community.As the digital economy evolves into a central engine for global economic growth and technological innovation,it has garnered significant attention for the great potential to facilitate pollutant and carbon mitigation in the new era.This study was conducted at China's most economically developed regions and key regions for emission reduction,including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta,and the Chengdu-Chongqing area.Using the Spatial Durbin Model coupled with a fixed-effects,we systematically examined the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of GHG emissions driven by the digital economy in these key regions.The results reveal significant interannual variations in the digital economy's contribution intensity to GHG emissions.In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Pearl River Delta regions,the contribution rate initially fluctuates slightly from positive values in the early stage,and turns to continuous negative values after reaching the peak value,that is,the process of emission increase turns to emission reduction.However,the contribution rate of digital economy to GHG emissions in Yangtze River Delta and Chengdu-Chongqing regions demonstrates a typical"N-shaped"trend,peaking at 3.4%(2013)and 4.6%(2008)respectively,with an overall ascending emission trend.From 2001 to 2022,the cumulative GHG emissions driven by digital economy in Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Chengdu-Chongqing regions are 217.976 million tons,-55.473 million tons,-40.052 million tons and 110.666 million tons,respectively.The contribution of digital economy to GHG shows obvious spatial heterogeneity with economic development.This research benefits the policy maker for implementation of regional differentiated digital economy development strategies and promote green and low-carbon urban development in the future.
