摘要
聚焦高校辅导员谈心谈话效果的影响机制,基于大五人格模型构建多维分析框架。通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的混合研究方法,对苏南地区7所高校的1218名学生进行问卷调查的分层抽样,发现不同性格特质的辅导员在谈话效果上存在显著差异:外倾性影响沟通主动性,宜人性决定建议接受度,责任感保障后续跟进,情绪性关乎谈话稳定性,开放性促进思维拓展。差异性分析揭示在学生性别、年级和专业方面也存在显著的群体偏好差异。基于实证研究结果,提出双重改进路径:一是辅导员个体层面实施性格适配策略,通过自我认知评估,重点提升情绪管理能力和开放性思维水平;二是高校管理层面建立人格—岗位匹配机制,构建包含沟通技巧培训、正念减压工作坊、效果反馈系统等在内的支持体系。
Focusing on the influence mechanism of college and university counselors’heart-to-heart talks effectiveness a multidimen-sional analysis framework was constructed based on the model of Big 5 personality traits.Using a mixed-methods approach combining ques-tionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews a stratified sample of 1218 students from 7 colleges and universities in southern Jiangsu was sur-veyed.Results showed significant differences in conversation effectiveness among counselors with different personality traits extraversion af-fects communication initiative agreeableness determines suggestion acceptance conscientiousness ensures follow-up implementation neuroti-cism relates to conversation stability and openness promotes thinking expansion.Differential analysis also revealed significant group prefer-ence differences regarding student gender grade and major.Based on the empirical findings two improvement paths are proposed first implementing personality adaptation strategies at the individual counselor level focusing on enhancing emotional management abilities and open thinking through self-cognitive assessment second establishing a personality-job fit mechanism at the university management level and building a support system encompassing communication skills training MBSR workshops and effectiveness feedback systems.
