摘要
采用行为事件访谈法(BEI)对高校辅导员胜任力进行探索可以促进辅导员胜任力评价乃至绩效评价的科学性和有效性。研究发现,高校辅导员胜任力模型包含三个维度,即职业态度维:渴望成功、积极主动、服务意识;知识-技能维:专业知识、学习能力、分析能力、人际理解、培养他人、团队领导、沟通能力;个性魅力维:自信心、反思能力、亲和力。
Using behavioral event interview to explore competency of political instructors in the university,it is beneficial to promote the scientificity and effectiveness of competency evaluation and even performance evaluation.It has been discovered that the competency modeling of political instructors includes three dimensions,that is the dimension of occupational attitude,which comprises eagerness to success,initiative and service consciousness;the dimension of knowledge and skills,which comprises professional knowledge,learning ability,analytical skills,interpersonal understanding,training of others,team leading and communicative competency;the dimension of personal charm,which comprises self-confidence,reflecting ability and affinity.
