摘要
目的:明确老年人认知衰弱的定义及内涵。方法:通过系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、Web of Science、PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane Library、ScienceDirect中与老年人认知衰弱相关的文献,检索时限为建库至2024年6月。根据文献的纳入和排除标准进行筛选,应用Rodgers演化概念分析法进行分析。结果:共纳入65篇文献,其中中文文献26篇,英文文献39篇。归纳概念属性为认知储备不足、认知功能可恢复性、社会认知隔离状态;前因为躯体不利因素、机体疾病因素、消极心理因素、社会缺失因素;后果为不良健康易感性、社会心理健康降低、生活质量下降。结论:通过对老年人认知衰弱的概念分析认识此概念,对其进行更为全面、深入的研究,为今后开展老年人认知衰弱相关研究提供参考。
Objective:To clarify the definition and connotation of cognitive frailty in older adults.Methods:We systematically searched literature related to cognitive frailty in the elderly from the CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,SinoMed,Web of Science,PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,and ScienceDirect.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to June 2024.Literature was screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and Rodgers evolutionary conceptual analysis was used for analysis.Results:A total of 65 articles were included,comprising 26 Chinese articles and 39 English articles.The conceptual attributes were summarized as insufficient cognitive reserve,recoverability of cognitive function,and social cognitive isolation.The antecedents were physical unfavorable factors,body disease factors,negative psychological factors,and social deficiency factors.The consequences were poor health susceptibility,decreased social and mental health,and decreased quality of life.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the concept of cognitive frailty in older adults,we again a clearer understanding of cognitive frailty,providing reference for future research on cognitive frailty in older adults.
