摘要
通过Walker和Avant的概念分析框架对痴呆恐惧的概念定义、概念属性、前因、后果、测评工具等维度进行深入分析,以明确痴呆恐惧的概念内涵。痴呆恐惧概念属性涉及痴呆前瞻性恐惧、尊严丧失恐惧、未来规划绝望、社会歧视悲观预期、健康意识觉醒5个方面;前因涵盖个体因素、心理因素、社会因素、疾病因素;后果包括心理结局、社交结局、医疗照护结局。通过分析澄清了痴呆恐惧的概念属性,为痴呆恐惧的深入研究提供理论支撑,为制定有效的预防和干预策略提供科学依据。
Through Walker and Avant's concept analysis framework,an in-depth analysis is conducted on the dimensions of the concept of dementia fear,including its definition,concept attributes,antecedents,consequences,and assessment tools,to clarify the concept's connotation.The concept attributes of dementia fear involve five aspects:anticipatory fear of dementia,fear of dignity loss,despair of future planning,pessimistic expectations of social discrimination,and awakening of health awareness.Antecedents cover individual factors,psychological factors,social factors,and disease-related factors.Consequences include psychological outcomes,social outcomes,and medical care outcomes.This analysis clarifies the essential components of dementia fear,providing theoretical support for in-depth research on dementia fear and scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and intervention strategies.
