摘要
中国共产党的历史主动精神主要体现为中国共产党在深入把握历史规律的基础上充分调动广大党员干部和人民群众的积极性、主动性、创造性,在推进“两个伟大革命”过程中顺应历史大势、推动历史进步,从而呈现出高度的预见性、灵活性、协调性。新时代新征程,中国共产党要在进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化进程中发扬历史主动精神。具体而言,一是在把握历史大势中发扬历史主动精神;二是在掌握马克思主义方法论中把握历史规律;三是在中国式现代化的进程中发扬历史主动精神;四是以加强党的自我革命赢得历史主动;五是党要激发人民群众的历史主动精神。其中,把握历史规律和历史大势是党发扬历史主动精神的前提,以党的自我革命引领伟大社会革命是党发扬历史主动精神的关键,激发广大人民群众的历史主动精神是党发扬历史主动精神的题中应有之义。
The historical initiative spirit of the Communist Party of China is mainly manifested in that on the basis of a thorough understanding of historical laws,the Party fully mobilizes the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of its cadres and the people,conforms to the historical trend and promotes historical progress in the process of advancing the"two great revolutions",thus demonstrating a high degree of foresight,flexibility and coordination.In the new era and new journey,the Communist Party of China must carry forward the spirit of historical initiative in further deepening comprehensive reforms and advancing the Chinese-style modernization process.Specifically,the first point is to carry forward the spirit of historical initiative by grasping the overall historical trend;the second point is to grasp historical laws by mastering the methodology of Marxism;the third point is to carry forward the spirit of historical initiative in the process of Chinese-style modernization;the fourth point is to gain historical initiative by strengthening the self-revolution of the Party;the fifth point is that the Party should inspire the historical initiative of the people.Among them,grasping historical laws and trends is the prerequisite for the Party to carry forward its historical initiative spirit,leading the great social revolution with the self-revolution of the Party is the key for the Party to carry forward its historical initiative spirit,inspiring the people's historical initiative spirit is an inherent part of the Party's practice of carrying forward its historical initiative spirit.
