历史主动精神是中国共产党在百年奋斗征程中,始终坚持马克思主义基本原理为指导把握历史大势的宝贵精神经验,坚定共产主义伟大理想不动摇掌握历史主动的强大精神动力,坚守以人民为历史主体勇担历史使命的崇高精神品格。新时代青年是社会主义现代化建设的主力军,以历史主动精神培育新时代青年能够引导青年担当意识觉醒、保障青年文化正向引导、推动青年发展事业续航,是厘清中国发展的历史方位、把握中国发展态势的应有之义,应遵循青年成长规律和教育规律,增强政治自觉,引导新时代青年勇担民族复兴的历史使命;坚持思想自觉,引导新时代青年磨砺艰苦奋斗的意志品格;躬身实践自觉,引导新时代青年献身锐意进取的伟大斗争,确保历史主动精神的实践育人成效,助力新时代青年的培育。
The spirit of historical initiative is a valuable spiritual experience that the Communist Party of China(CPC)has always adhered to.Taking the basic principles of Marxism as a guide to grasp the general trend of history,it strengthened the great ideal of communism,unswervingly grasped the powerful spiritual power of historical initiative,and adhered to the lofty spiritual character of taking the people as the main body of history and bravely shouldering the historical mission.Youth in the new era is the main force of socialist modernization.Cultivating youth in the new era with the spirit of historical initiative can guide youth to awaken their sense of responsibility,ensure the positive guidance of youth culture,and promote the endurance of youth development.It is the proper meaning of clarifying the historical position of China's development and grasping development trend.We should follow the laws of youth growth and education,enhance political consciousness,and guide youth in the new era to shoulder the historical mission of national rejuvenation.Adhere to ideological consciousness and guide young people in the new era to sharpen their will and character to work hard;Practice consciousness,guide young people in the new era to devote themselves to the great struggle of forging ahead,ensure the effectiveness of practical education of historical initiative spirit,and help cultivate young people in the new era.
