海上油气长输管道PAUT与RT效果对比分析

摘要 为探讨相控阵超声检测(PAUT)与射线检测(RT)检测在海上油气长输管道焊缝质量评估中的适用性,采用某典型海上管道工程的检测数据,分析两种方法的缺陷检出能力、检测一致性及特殊工况下的适应性,并结合力学性能试验验证缺陷对焊缝性能的影响。结果表明,PAUT在未熔合、未焊透缺陷识别上更具优势,RT在气孔、夹杂等体积型缺陷检出方面更为有效。 In order to explore the applicability of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing(PAUT)and Radiographic Testing(RT)inspection in the quality assessment of weld seams of offshore oil and gas long-distance pipelines,the inspection data of a typical offshore pipeline project are used to analyze the defect detection capability,inspection consistency and adaptability under special working conditions of the two methods,and the influence of defects on the performance of weld seams is verified by combining with the mechanical property test.The results show that PAUT is more advantageous in the identification of unfused and unwelded defects,and RT is more effective in the detection of volumetric defects such as porosity and inclusions.
