摘要
当水中氯离子浓度过高时,会造成设备腐蚀以及影响污水的回用。因此,研究除氯技术具有适用性和必要性。主要研究了Zn-Al-LDH的制备及其吸附氯离子的性能,通过考查Zn-Al摩尔比、煅烧温度、煅烧时间及制备时间等因素,得到了制备Zn-Al-LDH的最优条件:Zn-Al摩尔比为1∶1,最佳煅烧温度为800 ℃,最佳煅烧时间为4 h,最优反应时间为60 min,除氯率82.8%。该Zn-Al-LDH能够有效降低水中的氯离子浓度,对除氯研究有借鉴意义。
When the concentration of chloride ions in water is too high,it will cause equipment corrosion and affect the reuse of sewage.Therefore,it is suitable and necessary to study the technology of chlorine removal.This paper mainly studies the preparation of Zn-al-LDH and its adsorption performance of chloride ions.By examining factors such as the Zn-Al molar ratio,calcination temperature,calcination time and preparation time,the optimal conditions for preparation of Zn-al-LDH are obtained:The molar ratio of Zn-Al is 1∶1,the best calcination temperature is 800℃,the best calcination time is 4 h,the best reaction time is 60 min,and the dechlorination rate is 82.8%.The Zn-Al-LDH can effectively reduce the concentration of chloride ions in water,which is of reference significance for the study of chlorine removal.
