摘要
针对梅钢二炼钢钢包倾翻方向与铸余倒渣方向相反的工况引入钢包全程加盖技术,基于梅钢二炼钢的工艺布置特点,选择四角链三插指的加揭盖方式,合理布置钢包和加盖揭盖装置,实现进站揭盖,出站加盖,解决了翻渣和热修方向相反的技术难题。设计了自动锁挂装置实现自动带盖倒渣和热修倾翻,解决小坑距带盖翻转的问题,热修实现大于120°以上的翻转,钢包带盖时部分打开实现包内耐材检查和包内钢渣清理。钢包全程加盖技术运行后,出钢温降平均减少15℃,达到降低生产成本的目的。
To address the operational condition where the ladle tilting direction at Meisteel's No.2 Steelmaking Plant is opposite to the slag dumping direction,the full ladle cover technology was introduced.Based on the process layout characteristics of the plant,a"quad-chain triple-claw"cover handling system was adopted.Through rational arrangement of ladles and cover handling devices,the system achieves cover removal upon arrival and cover installation upon departure,thereby resolving the technical challenge of opposing directions between slag turnover and hot repair operations.An automatic locking device was designed to enable slag dumping and hot repair tilting with the cover attached,resolving the challenge of overturning within limited pit spacing.The system achieves over 120°rotation during hot repair operations,while allowing partial opening of the covered ladle for refractory inspection and slag removal.After implementing the full ladle cover technology,the average temperature drop during tapping was reduced by 15℃,achieving the goal of production cost reduction.
