摘要
鳜鱼的营养需求和摄食调控机制对于优化饲料配方和提高养殖效益具有重要意义。文章总结了国内外有关鳜鱼对蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、碳水化合物以及维生素等主要元素的营养需求以及其摄食调控的研究进展,以期为开发或优化鳜鱼的人工配合饲料提供理论依据。
It is of great significance to understand the nutritional requirements and feeding regulation mechanism of mandarin fish(Siniperca chuatsi)to optimize the feed formula and improve the breeding effi-ciency.This paper summarizes the research progress on the nutritional requirements of major elements such as protein,fat,minerals,carbohydrates and vitamins and the regulatory behavior of mandarin fish at home and abroad,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development or optimization of artificial compound feed for mandarin fish.
