花生秧与大豆秸对沂蒙黑山羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵和血清指标的影响

Effects of Peanut Vine and Soybean Stalk on Production Performance,Rumen Fermentation and Serum Indicators of Yimeng Black Goats

摘要 试验旨在探讨粗饲料对沂蒙黑山羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵及血清指标等方面的影响,开展花生秧与大豆秸饲喂羊只试验。根据粗饲料花生秧、大豆秸不同添加比例,选取4~5月龄健康、体重相近的72只沂蒙黑山羊,随机设置为试验1组(30∶5)、试验2组(20∶15)、试验3组(10∶25)、试验4组(0∶35)。试验结果表明:(1)试验4组平均日采食量比试验3组显著降低(P<0.05),试验1组和试验2组平均日增重均显著高于试验4组(P<0.05),试验2组料重比低于其他各组,但各组间未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。(2)试验4组粗蛋白(CP)表观消化率显著低于试验1、2、3组(P<0.05),粗饲料组合对各组间中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的表观消化率无显著影响。(3)试验2组瘤胃中乙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度显著高于试验4组(P<0.05),试验2组丙酸浓度显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。(4)试验1组和试验2组碱性磷酸酶(ALP)较试验4组显著降低(P<0.05),试验1组羊血清中尿素氮(BUN)浓度显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),试验3组羊血清肌酐(Cr)浓度显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。综上所述,花生秧、大豆秸比例为20∶15的粗饲料比例组成较为合理,在生产性能和瘤胃发酵方面效果最佳,可以作为当地粗饲料应用的推荐配方,在降低饲料成本提高生产效益方面具有一定现实生产意义。 The experiment aimed to evaluate the effects of roughage on the growth performance,rumen fer-mentation and serum biochemical indices of Yimeng Black goats,and to conduct research experiment of rais-ing sheep with peanut vines and soybean stalks.Seventy-two Yimeng black goats of 4 to 5 months of age with similar body weight were selected according to the different proportion of coarse peanut vines added with soybean stalks,and were randomly assigned to four dietary combinations:experiment group 1(30∶5),group 2(20∶15),group 3(10∶25)and group 4(0∶35).The results showed as follows:①experiment group 4 had a significantly lower average daily feed intake compared to group 3(P<0.05),groups 1 and groups 2 exhibited a higher growth rate in the daily weight gain than that of group 4(P<0.05).The feed conversion efficiency in group 2 was lower than that in other groups,but no significant level was reached among all groups(P>0.05).②The crude protein(CP)digest-ibility in group 4 was significantly decrease com-pared to the other three groups(P<0.05),and roughage combination had no effect on the appar-ent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)among all groups.③Group 2 demonstrated elevated acetic acid and total volatile fatty acids(VFA)compared to group 4(P<0.05),propionic acid concentrations in group 2 was highest among the groups(P<0.05).④The alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in group 1 and group 2 significantly decreased compared to group 4(P<0.05),the con-centration of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in group 1 was significantly higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.05),the serum creatinine(Cr)concentration in group 3 was significantly higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion the roughage with the ratio of peanut vines to soybean stalks of 20∶15 is reasonable,and has the best effect in terms of production performance and rumen fermentation.It can be used as the recommended formula for local roughage application,and has certain practical produc-tion significance in reducing feed cost and improving production efficiency.
