摘要
分析了实际工程中填石料振动压实的物理过程,研究填石料填筑过程中影响因素和填石料压实质量的检测与评价,给出了沉降差法检测基本原理及检测与评价方法,并基于填石料现场振动压实试验,提出填石料现场压实可行的碾压工艺,并通过沉降差法检测结果验证了压实工艺的合理性。研究结果对于山区大粒径填石料地基振动压实施工及碾压工艺确定具有一定的指导价值。
The researches on the construction technology,testing and evaluation methods of rockfill and compaction are of great significance for guiding on-site construction.The physical process of vibration compaction of rockfill in practical engineering was analyzed.Vibration compaction mainly manifests as the continuous adjustment and proximity of the particle positions of the rockfill,the gradual filling of pores between particles,and the continuous extrusion of gas inside the roadbed.The main influencing factors in the process of rockfill was analyzed,including the properties of the compacted soil,moisture content,compaction equipment and parameters,and compaction technology.The significant characteristics of rockfill compared to traditional backfill materials were studied,and the detection and evaluation of compaction quality of rockfill was analyzed.The basic principle and detection and evaluation method of settlement difference method were presented.Based on the on-site vibration compaction test of rockfill,a feasible compaction process for on-site compaction of rockfill was proposed,and the rationality of the compaction process was verified through the results of settlement difference method detection.The research results have certain guiding value for the vibration compaction construction and rolling process determination of large scale rockfill foundation in mountainous areas.
