摘要
IEC 61882是关于危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP分析)方法的标准,该标准被用来识别工业过程系统中潜在危险和可操作性问题,广泛应用于石油、天然气、制药等行业。该标准自2001年发布初版,于2016年完成了一次修订。修订版标准重点对术语体系进行了规范,并针对应用领域的拓宽做出了适应性修改。本文在归纳标准的第二版同第一版差异的基础之上,对变化内容进行了分析与解读,以供相关领域HAZOP分析人员参考。
IEC 61882 is a standard regarding the Hazard and Operability Study method.This standard is used to identify potential hazards and operability issues in industrial process systems and it is widely applied in industries such as petroleum,natural gas,and pharmaceuticals.The initial version of this standard was released in 2001,and a revision was completed in 2016.The revised version of the standard mainly standardized the terminological system and made adaptive modifications in response to the expansion of application areas.Based on summarizing the differences between the second version and thefirst version of the standard,the paper analyzes and interprets the changed contents,in order to make it as a reference for HAZOP studies researchers in relevantfields.
