摘要
为了研究某陆岸终端流程升级改造中工艺危险和可操作性(HAZOP)分析对风险控制方面的应用,通过HAZOP分析对终端流程升级改造过程中可能存在的安全风险进行把控,有针对性地提高终端流程升级改造过程中完整性管理水平。本文共分析风险34项,其中Ⅰ级风险8项,Ⅱ级风险17项,Ⅲ级风险9项,并有针对性地提出风险应对措施,为该领域风险分析及完整性管理提供参考价值。
In order to study the application of process hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis to risk control in the upgrading and reconstruction of a onshore terminal process,the potential safety risks in the upgrading and reconstruction of terminal process are controlled through HAZOP analysis,and the integrity management level in the upgrading and reconstruction of terminal process is targeted to be improved.The analysis results of this paper include 34 risks,including 8 Level I risks,17 Level II risks,and 9 Level III risks,and propose targeted risk response measures to provide reference value for risk analysis and integrity management in this field.
