摘要
幼儿劳动教育是幼儿教育不可或缺的一部分,也是幼儿生活力成长的一部分。幼儿园开展适宜的、生动的劳动教育,应基于幼儿的兴趣和需要,紧密联系幼儿生活,引导幼儿在实践中探究、表征与表达,将获得的经验应用于自己的生活。项目式学习赋能劳动教育,使幼儿在认知、能力、品质三方面获得提升;并通过照顾式、探究式、生产性三种劳动策略深化实践,让幼儿树立劳动最光荣的意识,助推幼儿劳动教育走向深入。
Labor education is an indispensable component of early childhood education and a vital force in children’s everyday competence.To implement age-appropriate,engaging labor activities,the content must be rooted in children’s interests and needs,closely linked to their daily lives,and allow them to practice,explore,represent,and express their experiences so that what is learned can be reinvested into their own living contexts.Project-based learning empowers children to advance along three dimensions of cognition,capability,and character,while three labor strategies of nurturing,inquiry-based,and productive labor deepen practice.This approach cultivates the conviction that“labor is most honorable”and propels labor education toward greater depth.
