奶牛乳腺发育和泌乳相关的microRNA 被引量:7

摘要 microRNA是一类单链的在转录后调节基因表达的非编码RNA,能够参与生物体的多项生理活动,研究表明其对乳腺发育和泌乳也起着重要的调控作用。本文综述了乳腺特异microRNA表达谱、乳腺发育及与泌乳相关microRNA、牛奶中的microRNA的研究近况,重点介绍了奶牛不同泌乳阶段乳腺microRNA表达谱变化及靶基因的研究进展,并对奶牛乳腺microRNA研究可能存在的问题和未来发展前景进行讨论。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small single-stranded noncoding RNAs with important roles in regula- ting mammary gland development and lactation via posttranscriptional mechanisms. This paper reviewed the miRNAs expression profile of mammary gland, miRNAs and targeted genes associated with mammary gland development and lactation and miRNAs in milk. Changes in miRNAs expression profile in different stages of lactation and research progress in target genes were emphasized. Potential problems and developing prospect of miRNAs in bovine mammary gland in the future were also discussed.
