摘要
三羟基硬脂精作为流变改进剂,可增加低剪切黏度,起到悬浮稳定的作用,其悬浮液的流变行为在很大程度上取决于所获得的晶体形状。通过研究预溶剂、表面活性剂浓度、降温工艺三个重要参数对晶型的影响,探究晶型与稳定性、发泡性和刺激性的关系。结果表明,三羟基硬脂精晶型影响终产品的稳定性和发泡性:纤维状>玫瑰花状>不规则圆球型;三羟基硬脂精的加入不会对香波造成负向的不良反应,并且刺激性与晶型相关性不大;表面活性剂浓度越高,越容易形成纤维状的晶体;16-18醇与三羟基硬脂精质量比在(2~4)︰1的组合物形成的结晶形态优于椰油酰胺CMEA,缓慢降温有利于形成更加稳定的晶型。
As a rheology improver,trihydroxystearin can increase low shear viscosity and play the role of suspension stabilization,and the rheological behavior of its suspension depends largely on the crystal shape obtained.The relationship between crystal shape and stability,foaming,and irritation was investigated by studying the effects of three important parameters,namely,pre-solvent,surfactant concentration,and cooling process.The results showed that the crystalline form of trihydroxystearin affected the stability and foaming property of the final product:fibrous>rosy>irregular spherical;the addition of trihydroxystearin did not cause negative adverse reactions to the shampoo,and there was little correlation between irritation and crystalline form;the higher the concentration of the surfactant,the easier the formation of fibrous crystals;the combination of 16-18 alcohol and trihydroxystearin at a mass ratio of(2~4∶1)formed a better crystalline morphology than that of cocamide CMEA,and the slow cooling down was conducive to the formation of more stable crystals.
