摘要
传统的PLC电气原理图制作方式依赖绘图软件,工程师需手动连接PLC与各电气元件、端子并整合绘制。这一过程不仅耗时冗长,而且设计中出现的问题难以快速识别和修正,图纸校对也复杂繁琐,常导致项目进度延误。为解决这些问题,文章基于AI技术开发了一款通过语音指令自动生成PLC电气原理图的软件系统。该系统实现了图纸的智能化自动生成,显著缩短了绘图周期,大幅提升了绘图效率,为AI技术在电气工程设计领域的应用开辟了新途径。
The traditional way of PLC electrical schematic diagram production relies on drawing software,and engineers need to manually connect the PLC with the electrical components and terminals,finally integrating and drawing.This process is not only time-consuming and lengthy,but also difficult to quickly identify and correct problems in the design.Also,drawing proofreading is complex and cumbersome,often leading to project schedule delays.To solve these problems,the current paper develops an AI technology based software system that can automatically generate PLC electrical schematic diagrams through voice commands.The system realizes the intelligent automatic generation of drawings,thus significantly shortening the drawing cycle and improving the efficiency.This paper opens up a new way for the application of AI technology in the field of electrical engineering design.
