摘要
文章根据阀体铸铝件的铸造精度和表面质量要求,确定采用砂型铸造工艺方案,选定了铸件的造型材料,并设计了铸造工艺参数。该工艺方案采用开放式底注式浇注系统及中间分型工艺,通过阻流截面法和模数法计算浇冒口的具体尺寸,运用CAD软件完成阀体铸铝件的铸造工艺图设计,并利用三维建模软件构建铸造工艺的三维模型。同时,使用铸造模拟软件对该工艺进行数值模拟分析,预测缩孔可能出现的位置,并通过调整工艺参数有效控制铸件的凝固收缩。
According to the casting accuracy and surface quality requirements for aluminum parts of the valve body,sand-mold casting was used with properly selecting and designing the mold materials and casting parameters.In particular,the casting was carried out adopting an open bottom-gated pouring system with middle parting.The specific dimensions of the gating and riser were determined using cross-sectional choked flow as well as modulus methods.The designed process and aluminum parts for the valve body were drawn using the CAD software,and a 3D model of the casting process was constructed.Corresponding numerical simulation analysis of the process was carried out to predict the possible locations of shrinkage cavity,and solidification shrinkage during casting was effectively controlled by adjusting the process parameters.
