摘要
结合大型二板式注塑机的使用要求,分析了百吨级球墨铸铁定模板铸件的技术难点。在浇注系统、冷铁设计的基础上,对定模板铸件进行了充型和凝固分析,验证其工艺方案的可行性。根据CAE分析结果采用高刚度铸型,加强球化孕育等措施,实现了百吨级球墨铸铁定模板铸件一次性成功开发。
Based on the requirements of ductile iron fixed clamp plate for large plastic injection molding machine, the technical difficulties were analyzed. CAE simulation was adopted to test and evaluate the effectiveness of the design of the pouring system and the layout plan of iron chill. According to the CAE results in the filling process and temperature field, liquid layout in the cooling process, the deflection regions were obtained. Then some technical measures were adopted in the production process such as intensification of nodularizing and inoculation treatment process, application of casting mould with high strength and control over the composition of the iron liquid strictly. The large fixed clamp plate with complex structure and high requirements has been developed successfully.
