摘要
农户人力资本水平直接影响农业部门对新技术的吸收和采纳,也直接关乎传统农业能否成功转型。本文构建了一个农户经营方式选择模型,以分析人力资本和数字技术适配影响农户经营方式选择行为的微观机制,并基于2020年中国乡村振兴调查数据库,运用Probit模型、工具变量法等研究方法,系统考察了人力资本水平和数字技术适配对农户现代化经营方式选择行为的影响。研究发现,人力资本水平和数字技术之间的适配度越高.农户越有可能选择农业现代化经营方式。分环节适配路径分析表明,人力资本和数字技术适配能够通过提升农户设备使用能力、环境认知能力与信息获取能力,进而促进农户选择现代化经营方式。分区域结果显示,东部地区人力资本水平和数字技术适配对农户现代化经营方式选择更具积极影响。拓展分析表明,农户选择现代化经营方式可以进一步提高农户家庭经营效益。因此,从农户经营方式选择行为角度探讨农业现代化转型问题时,要重点关注农户自身禀赋与新要素、新技术之间的关系。
The level of human capital of rural households directly affects the absorption and adoption of new technologies in agricultural sector,and is also directly related to the successful transformation of traditional agriculture.This paper constructs a model of farmers’management mode choice to analyze the micro mechanism of human capital and digital technology adaptation affecting farmers’management mode choice.Then,based on the 2020 CRRS database,this paper systematically investigates the impact of human capital level and digital technology on farmers’choice of modern management methods and the adaptation path of different links by using Probit model and instrumental variable method.The paper finds that the higher the level of human capital and the degree of adaptation between human capital level and digital technology are,the more likely it is that farmers will choose modern agricultural management methods.The analysis of the adaptation path of each link shows that the level of human capital and the adaptation of digital technology can promote the choice of modern management mode by improving the ability of farmers in equipment use,environmental cognition and information acquisition.The results of dif-ferent regions show that the level of human capital and digital technology in the eastern region have a more positive impact on farmers’choice of modern management methods.The expansion a-nalysis shows that farmers choosing modern management methods can further enhance the economic efficiency of their household operations.Therefore,when discussing the issue of agricul-tural modernization transformation from the perspective of farmer’s choice of operating mode,it is important to focus on the relationship between farmers’endowments,new factors,and technolo-gies.
