摘要
针对土库曼斯坦加尔金内什气田高温高压高含硫窄密度窗口地层钻井中存在的恶性井漏与喷漏同存难题,文章创新提出并应用了基于全井循环桥浆体系的精细控压钻井集成技术。该技术通过闭环精确控制井底压力波动,成功将产层段钻井液密度降至1.28 g/cm^(3),有效平衡了储层压力与地层破裂压力。核心技术包括:适用于窄窗口地层的“动态压力剖面”控制模型;高承压低伤害复合桥浆配方;喷漏同存工况下“压力-流量协同”快速响应控制逻辑。现场应用效果显著:平均机械钻速提高超过59%,非生产时间降低逾90%,井漏量减少超过60%,并首次在控压条件下实现了高质量尾管固井(优良率大于97%)。该集成技术为深部高温高压高含硫气藏安全高效钻完井提供了可靠的技术路径和重要实践依据。
Addressing the severe challenges of lost circulation and kick-loss coexistence caused by high temperature,high pressure,H2S presence,and narrow mud weight window in the Galkynysh Gas Field,Turkmenistan,this paper innovatively proposes and applies an integrated Managed Pressure Drilling(MPD)technology based on a full-well circulating bridging slurry system.By precisely controlling bottomhole pressure(BHP)fluctuations through a closed-loop system,the drilling fluid density in the production zone was successfully reduced to 1.28 g/cm^(3),effectively balancing reservoir pressure and formation fracture gradient.Key technologies encompass:a"dynamic pressure profile"control model tailored for narrow window formations;a high-pressure bearing,low-damage composite bridging slurry formulation;a rapid"pressure-flow coordination"response logic for kick-loss coexistence scenarios.Field applications demonstrate remarkable results:average rate of penetration(ROP)increased by>59%,non-productive time(NPT)reduced by>90%,lost circulation volume decreased by>60%,and high-quality liner cementing was achieved for the first time under MPD conditions(cementing quality excellence rate>97%).This integrated approach provides a reliable technical pathway and significant practical basis for the safe and efficient drilling and completion of deep,high-temperature,high-pressure,sour gas reservoirs.
