智能控压钻完井系统控制策略设计与实践

摘要 精细控压钻井技术从2008年在国内外普遍开展应用,主要用来解决深井钻井中由窄安全密度窗口、多压力系统、压力敏感性地层引起的井漏、井涌等井下复杂情况、以及含硫地层、压力不确定性高风险勘探井的安全钻井问题。智能控压钻井技术是在精细控压钻井基础上发展起来的一项新技术,其核心是智能控制系统,它基于智能化、信息化、集成化的钻井技术发展方向,通过将钻井、固井、测井、完井(起下管串作业)工艺流程作业步骤进行智能开发,研发出一套自主知识产权的智能控压钻完井系统,实现了钻-测-固-完井作业筒压力智能精细控制;该控制系统具备快速响应、智能计算与控制等功能。本文首先介绍了CQIMPD智能控压钻完井系统原理,然后介绍了智能控压钻完井系统控制策略。最后阐述了智能控压钻完井系统集成开发技术以及进行的模拟试验及分析。该系统在四川某模拟井测试后,系统稳定可靠,具备良好的应用前景。 Managed pressure drilling(MPD)has been widely applied at home and abroad since 2008,it is mainly used to solve downhole complexities such as lost circulation and kick caused by narrow safety density windows,multi-pressure systems and pressure-sensitive formations in deep well as well as the problem of safe drilling of sulfur-containing formations and high-risk exploration wells with pressure uncertainty.Intelligent managed pressure drilling(IMPD)is a new technology developed on the basis of fine controlled pressure drilling.Its core is intelligent control system,which is based on the development direction of intelligent,informational and integrated drilling technology,through the intelligent development of drilling,cementing,logging and completion(string running operation)process,a set of intelligent managed pressure drilling and completion system with independent intellectual property rights has been developed to realize the intelligent fine control of drilling,measuring,cementing and completion casing pressure.The control system has the functions of fast response,intelligent calculation and control.This article first introduces the principle of intelligent pressure control drilling and completion system,and then introduces the control strategy of intelligent pressure control drilling and completion system.Finally,the integrated development technology of intelligent pressure control drilling and completion system,as well as the simulation experiments and analysis conducted,were elaborated.The system is stable and reliable after being tested in a simulated well in Sichuan,and has a good application prospect.
