摘要
深地塔科1井成功钻至10910 m,标志着我国已具备万米超深井钻探能力。实施万米深地科探工程不仅是科学探索万米深部地层奥秘和开辟万米深层油气战略接替领域的重大部署,也是推动超深层工程技术装备迭代升级的关键工程。通过系统梳理总结前苏联科拉SG-3井、德国KTB超深井、中国深地塔科1井的钻探实践经验,目前国外万米钻探已形成15000 m钻机、铝合金钻杆、涡轮钻具和高温钻井液等技术体系,国内深地塔科1井形成12000 m钻机、超高温水基/油基钻井液、高强度取心工具等技术利器。但是由于万米超深井存在超深、超高温、超高压、高地应力等挑战,全球已实施的陆上万米超深井都未钻达初始设计井深。针对上述问题和国内外万米超深井实例认识,从井斜控制、提速、钻具安全等方面提出了相应对策和未来展望,为未来万米深地钻探产业发展提供参考借鉴,助力万米深地油气资源高效勘探开发。
The successful drilling of the Shendi TaKe-1 to a depth of 10,910 m signifies that China has achieved 10,000-meter deep drilling capability.The 10,000-meter deep drilling project is not only a major strategic initiative to uncover the mysteries of the ultra-deep subsurface and explore deep oil and gas reserves,but also a critical engineering endeavor to advance ultra-deep drilling technologies.By systematically reviewing and summarizing the drilling practices of the Kola SG-3 well,German KTB ultra-deep well,and Shendi Take-1 well,it is evident that the abroad has developed key technologies such as 15,000-meter rigs,aluminum alloy drill pipes,turbo drilling tools,and high-temperature drilling fluid systems.Meanwhile,the drilling of Shendi TaKe-1 has developed 12,000 m drilling rigs,ultra-high temperature water-based/oil-based drilling fluids,high-strength coring tools.However,due to the extreme challenges of ultra-depth,ultra-high temperature,ultra-high pressure,and high in-situ stress,none of the global land 10,000-meter ultra-deep drillings have reached their initially designed depths.Based on these challenges and insights from 10,000-meter ultra-deep wells,this study proposes corresponding countermeasures and future prospects in areas such as well deviation control,rate of penetration(ROP)enhancement,and drill string safety,providing valuable references for the future development of 10,000-meter deep drilling.This could help the exploration and development of ultra-deep oil and gas resources.
