摘要
数字化转型为高校医学生数字素养培育提供了新契机,成为塑造适应时代需求医学人才的关键力量。数字技术革新教学资源与模式,强化实践与创新能力培养,拓展职业发展与国际交流渠道,实现医学教育的创新突破,但转型过程中存在“理念固化”“技术失衡”“资源壁垒”等问题,导致医学生数字素养培育面临内生动力不足、实践效能弱化、协同机制缺失等现实挑战。因此,我们需从革新教育理念、优化技术应用生态、打破资源壁垒等维度精准施策,激活数字化转型内生动力,提升实践教学效能,构建协同育人新生态,切实推动医学生数字素养培育体系的高质量发展,为智慧医疗领域输送具备复合能力的专业人才。
The wave of digital transformation provides new opportunities for the cultivation of digital literacy of medical students in universities,and becomes a key force in shaping medical talents to meet the needs of the times.Digital technology innovates teaching resources and modes,strengthens the cultivation of practical and innovative abilities,and expands channels for career development and international exchange,thus realizing innovative breakthroughs in medical education.However,the problems of“conceptualization”,“technological imbalance”and“resource barriers”in the process of transformation have led to the lack of endogenous motivation and the weakening of practical effectiveness in the cultivation of medical students'digital literacy,As a result,the cultivation of digital literacy among medical students faces the challenges of insufficient endogenous motivation,weakened practical effectiveness,and lack of synergistic mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the education concept,optimize the technology application ecology,break down the resource barriers and other dimensions of precise measures to activate the endogenous power of digital transformation,improve the effectiveness of practice teaching,build a new ecology of collaborative education,and effectively promote the high-quality development of the digital literacy cultivation system of medical students,so as to provide professionals with complex capabilities for the field of intelligent healthcare.
