摘要
目的:比较Toric人工晶状体(TICL)植入术与有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL)植入术在高度近视合并散光患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年2—11月在上饶市中心医院眼科就诊的80例高度近视合并散光患者,随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例(80只眼)植入ICL,观察组40例(80只眼)植入TICL。比较两组视力[最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和裸眼视力(UCVA)]、视觉质量[视功能指数量表(VF-14-CN)]、对比敏感度、眩光敏感度及手术满意度。结果:术后6个月,两组BCVA和UCVA升高,且观察组BCVA和UCVA高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,两组VF-14-CN评分高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,两组不同频率对比敏感度、眩光敏感度升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组手术总满意度分别为97.50%、80.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高度近视合并散光患者植入TICL,能提高视力,改善视觉质量,提高对比敏感度、眩光敏感度及手术满意度。
Objective:To compare the application effect of Toric intraocular lens(TICL)implantation and implantable collamer lens(ICL)implantation in patients with high myopia and astigmatism.Method:A total of 80 patients with high myopia and astigmatism who were treated in the Department of Ophthalmology of the Central Hospital of Shangrao from February to November 2023 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups.ICL was implanted in 40 patients(80 eyes)in the control group,and TICL was implanted in 40 patients(80 eyes)in the observation group.The visual acuity[best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA)],visual quality[visual function index scale(VF-14-CN)],contrast sensitivity,glare sensitivity and surgical satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:At 6 months after operation,the BCVA and UCVA of two groups increased,and the BCVA and UCVA of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 6 months after operation,the VF-14-CN scores of two groups were higher than those before operation,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 6 months after operation,the contrast sensitivity and glare sensitivity of different frequencies in two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 97.50%and 80.00%,respectively,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TICL implantation in patients with high myopia and astigmatism can improve visual acuity,enhance visual quality,increase contrast sensitivity,glare sensitivity,and surgical satisfaction.
