有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入治疗超高度近视临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]观察和探讨后有晶体眼房型人工晶体植入术(ICL)治疗高度近视及散光的效果及安全性。[方法]ICL治疗高度近视及散光患者10例19眼,所有患者随访6个月。术后检查视力、眼压,角膜内皮记数等情况,并与术前数据进行比较。[结果]术后6mo裸眼视力均≥0.5,均高于或等于术前最佳矫正视力;术后出现高眼压5眼,其中有1眼术后瞳孔稍大,经降眼压治疗,3~4d后眼压均正常。[结论]后房型有晶体眼人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视及散光效果确切,预测性好,手术安全。高度近视,尤其是超高度近视以及角膜薄不适合准分子激光矫正的患者是理想的治疗对象。 [Objective]To observe and discuss the effect and safety of ICL treating high myopia.[Method]10 cases 19 eyes were treated,all followed up for 6m.Then test eyesight,eye pressure,corneal endothelium numeration,and compare with that before operation.[Result]After treatment,6mo naked eyesight≥0.5,all better or equal to best corrected eyesight;5 had high eye pressure,among which,1 eye was treated with reducing eye pressure and recovered after 3~4d.[Conclusion]ICL crystal-eye IOL embedding had correct cure effect on high myopia,with good prospect and safety,which is the best choice to super high myopia,with thin cornea unfit for excimer correction.
