摘要
目的:探讨胞磷胆碱钠联合瑞舒伐他汀对脑小血管病认知障碍患者认知功能与运动功能的影响。方法:选取通辽市人民医院神经内科2022年1月—2024年1月收治的脑小血管病认知障碍患者200例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组。对照组(n=100)的治疗方案为胞磷胆碱钠口服,观察组(n=100)在对照组基础上采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗。对比两组认知功能、运动功能、沟通能力、情绪状态、生活质量、日常生活能力。结果:观察组干预8、12周后的认知功能、生活质量及日常生活能力测定结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预12周后的上肢、下肢运动功能较对照组高,而沟通能力评分、抑郁和焦虑情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胞磷胆碱钠联合瑞舒伐他汀可提高脑小血管病认知障碍患者认知功能,利于患者运动功能的提高,并可改善其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Citicoline Sodium combined with Rosuvastatin on cognitive function and motor function in patients with cognitive impairment of cerebral small vessel disease.Method:A total of 200 patients with cognitive impairment of cerebral small vessel disease admitted to Department of Neurology,Tongliao People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method.The treatment plan for the control group(n=100)was oral Citicoline Sodium,while the observation group(n=100)was treated with Rosuvastatin on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function,motor function,communication ability,emotional state,quality of life and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Result:The cognitive function,quality of life,and daily living ability of the observation group after 8 and 12 weeks of intervention were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the upper and lower limb motor function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the communication function scores,depression and anxiety scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Citicoline Sodium combined with Rosuvastatin can improve the cognitive function of patients with cognitive impairment of cerebral small vessel disease,which is beneficial to the improvement of motor function and the quality of life of patients.
