摘要
目的:探讨早期姿势管理干预在预防婴幼儿姿势性斜颈、斜头畸形中的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2021年11月—2023年12月于江西省妇幼保健院儿童保健科定期体检的首诊时≤1月龄的170例健康婴幼儿分为两组,各85例。对照组给予常规保健指导,观察组在常规保健指导的基础上增加早期姿势管理干预。对比两组肌肉功能、斜颈严重程度、发育水平及斜头畸形分度。结果:观察组6月龄颈部左侧、右侧肌肉功能量表(MFS)评分高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组6月龄斜颈倾斜角度小于对照组,12月龄发育商(DQ)、智商(MI)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组斜头畸形分度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿采取早期姿势管理干预,有助于提升颈部肌肉功能,有效预防姿势性斜颈、斜头畸形,促进婴幼儿健康成长。
Objective:To explore the application effect of early postural management intervention in the prevention of postural torticollis and plagiocephaly in infants.Method:From November 2021 to December 2023,170 healthy infants aged≤1 month who received regular physical examination in Department of Children's Health of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method,85 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health guidance,and the observation group was given early postural management intervention on the basis of routine health guidance.The muscle function,severity of torticollis,development level and grading of plagiocephaly were compared between two groups.Result:The left and right neck muscle function scale(MFS)scores of the observation group at 6 months of age were higher than those of the control group,but the difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the torticollis tilt angle of the observation group at 6 months of age was smaller than that of the control group,and the development quotient(DQ)and mental index(MI)at 12 months of age were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the grading of plagiocephaly in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early postural management intervention for infants helps improve neck muscle function,effectively prevents positional torticollis and plagiocephaly,and promotes healthy growth of infant development.
