摘要
目的:探究腰痹通胶囊联合射频消融术对腰椎间盘突出症患者肢体功能及血清转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将广州中医药大学惠州医院2021年10月—2024年8月收治的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为两组。对照组(n=50)予以射频消融术治疗,研究组(n=50)在对照组基础上联合腰痹通胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、疼痛程度、肢体功能、不良事件。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术前、术后14 d两组?Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后30 d研究组RMDQ评分、ODI低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前两组TGF-β_(1)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后14、30 d研究组TGF-β_(1)低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后14、30 d研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腰痹通胶囊联合射频消融术可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者炎症反应、疼痛程度、肢体功能,且安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Yaobitong Capsules combined with radiofrequency ablation on limb function,serum transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))levels in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Huizhou Hospital,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to August 2024 were divided into two groups according to the random number method.The control group(n=50)was treated with radiofrequency ablation,and the study group(n=50)was treated with Yaobitong Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,pain degree,limb function and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of Roland-Morris disability questionnaire(RMDQ)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)between the two groups before surgery and 14 days after surgery(P>0.05).The scores of RMDQ and ODI in the study group were lower than those in the control group 30 days after surgery(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance difference in the levels of TGF-β_(1) between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The levels of TGF-β_(1) in the study group were lower than those in the control group 14 and 30 days after surgery(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the study group 14 and 30 days after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yaopitong Capsules combined with radiofrequency ablation can improve the inflammatory response,pain degree and limb function of patients with lumbar disc herniation,and has high safety.
