摘要
目的探讨康柏西普联合激光光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果及对视网膜厚度的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月通许第一医院收治的76例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(激光光凝术治疗)和观察组(在对照组的基础上加用康柏西普治疗),各38例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)高于对照组,视网膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、收缩期血流速度(PSV)高于对照组,阻力指数(RI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良事件总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康柏西普联合激光光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者的效果确切,可促进视网膜厚度恢复,改善视网膜局部微循环及血管细胞因子水平,且不良事件发生风险较低,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy and its influence on retinal thickness.Methods A total of 76 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted in Tongxu First Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(laser photocoagulation treatment)and observation group(conbercept treatment on the basis of the control group)by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the retinal thickness was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the end-diastolic velocity(EDV)and peak systolic velocity(PSV)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the resistance index(RI)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Conbercept combined with laser photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy.It can promote the recovery of retinal thickness,improve the local microcirculation of the retina and the levels of vascular cytokines,and has a low risk of adverse events.It is worth promoting.
