低环境影响导向的建筑数字化设计建造教学实践

摘要 本文以毕业设计为例,介绍了低环境影响导向的建筑数字化设计与建造教学探索。课程针对一座真实建造的生态湿地内小型多功能建筑项目,构建建筑数字化设计与建造方法的教学框架,通过构件标准化设计、可持续性能优化、工业化建造设计等教学内容,引导学生掌握建筑构件系统集成设计、全生命周期建筑设计、建造与性能控制,以及建筑模型信息实时分析应用3方面能力,支持建筑业数字化与绿色化升级的创新型工程人才培养目标。 This paper takes a graduation project to introduce the teaching practice of low environmental impact-oriented architecture digital design and construction.The course is based on a real construction project of a small multi-functional building in an ecological wetland,and constructs a framework of architectural digital design and construction methods.The teaching contents include component standardisation design,sustainable performance optimisation,industrialised construction design and so forth.It guides students to master 3 main abilities:architectural component system integrated design,life-cycle architectural design,construction and performance control,and real-time analytic application of building model information.The course supports the innovative engineering talent cultivation goal towards promoting the digital and ecological development of the construction industry.
