摘要
由于模块化建筑的大部分构件在工厂生产组装,施工现场只进行模块单元间的装配。因此,精确合理地生产建造流程和生产计划的制订,以及各专业和各建筑产品企业间的协同合作方式与效率是重点和难点。建筑信息模型拥有强大的参数化设计与全生命周期信息管理功能,是解决这些难题的最佳途径。
Since most of the components of the modular building are produced and assembled in the factory, only the assembly between modules is carried out on the construction site. Therefore, it is important and difficult to develop accurate and reasonable production and construction processes and production plans, as well as collaborative cooperation methods and efficiency among various professional and construction product enterprises. Building information model has powerful parametric design and full life cycle information management function, which is the best way to solve these problems.
