“双驱互融”的智慧建筑与建造人才培养模式研究

摘要 新型建筑工业化战略转型下,建筑产业亟待培养智慧建筑与建造专业人才。本文以“课程”和“项目”为双向驱动,融合知识讲授、价值塑造和能力培养,探索了“双驱互融”人才培养理念下的智慧建筑与建造人才培养模式,并结合冰雪建筑设计与建造实践案例,解析了“双驱互融”的智慧建筑与建造人才培养成效。 Under the strategic transformation of new construction industrialisation,the construction industry urgently needs to cultivate professionals in smart building and construction.This paper takes"curriculum"and"projects"as dual drivers,integrates knowledge teaching,value shaping,and ability cultivation,and explores a talent training model for smart building and construction under the"dual-drive integration"education concept.Combined with the practical case of ice and snow architectural design and construction,the paper analyses the training outcomes of the"dual-drive integration"approach in smart building and construction talent development.
