摘要
Wnt/β-catenin信号通路对细胞增殖、分化凋亡、组织稳态和干细胞维持至关重要,该通路的异常调控与许多疾病的发生发展密切相关。越来越多的研究证据表明针灸可以通过调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路中基因或蛋白的表达量,从而影响疾病的进展,但其具体机制尚未阐述清楚。作者通过检索近10年来针灸调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的文献资料,综述了Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在针灸治病过程中的调节机制,分析针灸防治疾病的机制机理,为今后针灸临床治疗和试验研究提供参考和新的研究方向。
The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is crucial for cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,tissue homeostasis and stem cell maintenance,and the abnormal regulation of this pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases.More and more research evidence suggests that acupuncture can affect the progression of disease by regulating the expressions of genes or proteins in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,but the specific mechanism is not well understood.By searching the literature on the regulation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by acupuncture in recent 10 years,the author reviewed the regulatory mechanism of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in the course of acupuncture treatment,analyzed the mechanism of acupuncture preventing and treating diseases,and provided references and new research directions for future clinical treatment and experimental research of acupuncture.
