摘要
目的探讨消渴病患者应用消渴方1号联合司美格鲁肽治疗的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将于2021年7月—2023年7月,从宜兴市中医院选取的80例消渴病患者分为对照组(40例,给予司美格鲁肽治疗)和观察组(40例,给予司美格鲁肽+消渴方1号治疗)。两组均持续治疗3个月。比较两组治疗期间不良反应,临床疗效(治疗后),中医证候积分、胰岛素抵抗、胰岛功能及生活质量(治疗前后)。结果两组血清空腹胰岛素(fasting insulin,FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(insulin resistance index,HOMA-IR)、空腹C肽(fasting C-peptide,FCP)、中医证候各项积分水平均降低(治疗后与治疗前比较),且观察组治疗后较低(相比于对照组);观察组总有效率95.00%(38/40)较高[治疗后组间比较,对照组为80.00%(32/40)];两组血清胰岛β细胞功能指数(homeostasis model assessmentβ,HOMA-β)、胰岛素敏感指数(insulin sensitivity index,ISI)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2 h postprandial insulin,2 h INS)餐后2 h C肽(2 h postprandial C-peptide,2 h PCP)水平、生活质量各项评分均升高(治疗后与治疗前比较),且观察组治疗后高于对照组,P<0.05。结论消渴方1号联合司美格鲁肽治疗可显著缓解消渴病患者的临床症状,改善胰岛功能,减轻胰岛素抵抗,进而提高治疗效果,改善生活质量,且不易引发不良反应。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Xiaoke Prescription No.1(消渴方1号)combined with Semeglutide in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods From July 2021 to July 2023,80 patients with diabetes selected from Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into the control group(40 cases,simeglutide)and the observation group(40 cases,simeglutide+Xiaokefang Prescription No.1)by random number table method.Both groups continued to be treated for 3 months.The adverse reactions during the treatment,the clinical efficacy after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,insulin resistance,islet function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The serum levels of fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),fasting C-peptide(FCP)and scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the indexes of the observation group were lower after treatment compared with those of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),higher than that(80.00%,32/40)of the control group.The serum levels of homeostasis model assessmentβ(HOMA-β),insulin sensitivity index(ISI),2 h postprandial insulin(2 h INS),2 h postprandial C-peptide(2 h PCP)and quality of life of both groups increased compared with those before treatment,and the indexes of the observation group were higher after treatment compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoke Prescription No.1 combined with Semeglutide can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetes mellitus,enhance the function of islets and reduce insulin resistance,thus improving the therapeutic effect and quality of life,and it is not easy to cause adverse reactions.
