摘要
目的探究中药宁神温胆汤治疗精神分裂症幻听的疗效及其作用机制。方法将100例有幻听的精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组(51例)和对照组(49例),观察组采用中药宁神温胆汤+利培酮片口服治疗,对照组予单纯利培酮片口服治疗,治疗8周末进行精神症状康复、幻听康复和药物安全性评价。结果8周末,观察组阳性与阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome,PANSS)、幻觉幻听评定量表(Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale,AHRS)各项分值下降比对照组更明显;不良反应观察组发生2例,对照组发生13例,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药宁神温胆汤能够促进精神分裂症阴性、阳性症状的康复。其治疗幻听的作用可能与其抑制神经元的异常亢进的活动,降低血浆中GABA含量,提高血浆Glu的水平有关。
Objective The exploration of the effect and mechanism of Ningshen Wendan Decoction(宁神温胆汤)in auditory Hallucinations in schizophrenia.Methods A hundred patients were randomized into observation group(51 cases)and control group(49 cases).The observation group was treated with Ningshen Wendan Decoction and risperidone tablets,while the control group was treated with risperidone tablets,and the recovery of mental symptoms,the recovery of auditory hallucinations and the drug safety at the end of 8 weeks′treatment were evaluated.Results At the end of 8th week,the score of positive and negative syndrome(PANSS)and the scores of auditory hallucination rating scale(AHRS)in the observation and control groups decreased,but the decrease was more obvious in the observation group.During 8 weeks of treatment,2 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the observation group,and 13 cases in the control group.They were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of schizophrenia with Ningshen Wendan Decoction can promote the recovery of negative symptoms and positive symptoms.Its therapeutic effect on auditory hallucinations may be related to the inhibition of abnormal hyperactivity of the neuron,the reduction of plasmaγ-amino butyric acid(GABA)and the increase of plasma glutamic acid(Glu).
