摘要
目的:观察降逆燥湿温胆汤治疗第2代抗精神病药物所致代谢综合征(MS)的临床疗效。方法:选取60例精神分裂症并发MS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组予以奥氮平口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合降逆燥湿温胆汤治疗,均持续用药3个月。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、收缩压(SP)、舒张压(DP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分。结果:观察组总有效率为96.77%,对照组为79.31%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组SP、DP、FBG、TG、HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组PANSS、MMSE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组PANSS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),MMSE评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且观察组PANSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:降逆燥湿温胆汤治疗第2代抗精神病药物所致MS疗效较好,有助于改善糖脂代谢水平,稳定血压。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiangni Zaoshi Wendan Decoction on metabolic syndrome(MS) caused by second generation antipsychotics.Methods:A total of 60 MS patients complicated with schizophrenia were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given the oral administration of Olanzapine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jiangni Zaoshi Wendan Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The two groups were given drug administration for 3 months.The clinical effects,incidence of adverse reactions,levels of systolic pressure(SP),diastolic pressure(DP),fast blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG) and highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and scores of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.77% in the observation group,and 79.31% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of SP,DP,FBG,TG and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above 5 levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above 5 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of scores of PANSS and MMSE between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the PANSS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the MMSE scores were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the PANSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the MMSE score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two grups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiangni Zaoshi Wendan Decoction has a better curative effect on MS caused by second generation antipsychotics,which can help improve the level of glycolipid metabolism and stabilize the blood pressure.
