摘要
目的分析枳实薤白桂枝汤对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并糖脂代谢异常的影响。方法抽取该院收治的T2DM合并糖脂代谢病(glycolipid metabolism disease,GLMD)患者86例,随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,均先行1周洗脱治疗,随后给予常规糖、脂代谢干预措施以及西医药物(二甲双胍+沙格列汀)治疗,观察组加用枳实薤白桂枝汤(加味)干预,对比两组糖脂代谢指标(血糖、血脂、血黏度等)、内皮功能指标(内皮素、一氧化氮)等。结果干预后,观察组中医症状评分低于对照组(t=7.665,P=0.001),血糖、血脂水平均低于对照组,FPG、2 h PG(t=6.981、3.322,P=0.001),TG、TC、LDL-C(t=21.885、30.193、25.159,P=0.001),血流变学水平均低于对照组,血浆黏度,低切、高切黏度(t=12.289、6.322、7.813,P=0.001),血清内皮素水平均低于对照组(t=4.802,P=0.001),血清一氧化氮、空腹C肽、餐后2 h C肽水平高于对照组(t=5.974、9.790、9.373,P=0.001),差异均有统计学意义。结论枳实薤白桂枝汤有良好降糖降脂效果,改善糖脂代谢,调节血黏度,保护内皮功能,值得推广。
Objective To analyse the effect of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction(枳实薤白桂枝汤)on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with abnormalities of glycolipid metabolism.Methods Eighty-six patients with T2DM combined wiht glycolipid metabolism disease(GLMD)in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was given the conventional interventions on glucose and lipid metabolism as well as western medicines(metformin+saxagliptin),and the observation group wasadditionally given Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction,and then the blood glucose and TCM symptom scores of two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=7.665,P=0.001).The blood glucose and lipid levels were lower than those of the control group.The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)(t=6.981,3.322,P=0.001),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(t=21.885,30.193,25.159,P=0.001)and serum endothelin levels were lower than those of the control group(t=4.802,P=0.001),and the levels of serum nitric oxide,fasting C-peptide and postprandial 2 h C-peptide were higher than those of the control group(t=5.974,9.790,9.373,P=0.001),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction has good hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects,improves glucose and lipid metabolism,regulates blood viscosity and protects endothelial function,and is worthy of promotion.
