摘要
目的探究舒更葡糖钠对老年胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者术后肺部并发症的影响。方法随机选取2021年1月—2023年11月如皋市中医院麻醉科收治的76例老年肺癌患者为研究对象。依照不同治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组选用新斯的明拮抗肌松治疗,观察组选用舒更葡糖钠拮抗肌松治疗。比较两组康复质量、预后恢复时间、血气指标、并发症发生情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组术后3 d的康复质量高于对照组,且术后苏醒时间、呼吸恢复时间、导管拔除时间均比对照组更短,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组血气指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术后肺部并发症发生率为5.26%(1/38),低于对照组的21.05%(8/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用舒更葡糖钠对老年胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者进行拮抗肌松治疗的效果更佳,能够改善患者呼吸功能,降低术后肺部并发症发生率,加快患者康复出院。
Objective To explore the effect of sugammadex sodium on postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Methods Seventy-six elderly patients with lung cancer admitted to the Anesthesiology Department of Rugao Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,thirty-eight cases in each group.The control group was treated with neostigmine antagonistic muscle relaxant,and the observation group was treated with sodium sugammadex sodium antagonistic muscle relaxant.The rehabilitation quality,prognosis recovery time,blood gas indexes,complications and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of rehabilitation at 3 days after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the postoperative recovery time,respiratory recovery time and catheter removal time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The blood gas indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in the observation group was 5.26%(1/38),which was lower than 21.05%(8/38)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of sugammadex sodium has a better effect on the treatment of antagonistic muscle relaxation in elderly pa-tients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.It can improve the respiratory function of patients,re-duce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications,and accelerate the recovery and discharge of patients.
