摘要
云南省作为我国少数民族聚居最多的省份,以丰富的民族医药资源著称。多年来,云南各族人民在傣、彝、藏等民族医药的核心基础上,融合苗、白、纳西等医药文化,形成了独特的民族医药体系。云南少数民族医药通过不断积累和创新,在理论和实践上取得了显著进展。随着对民族医药研究的重视,各类文献及学术研究日益丰富,傣医和彝医等单一民族研究成果显著增长。云南少数民族医药的研究呈现出理论到实践的突破、研究的兴起、跨学科创新以及文献差异等特点。当前,云南少数民族医药面临信息整合不足、资源濒危、现代科技融合不足等问题。未来发展方向应聚焦于知识整合、数字化技术应用、生物多样性保护、跨学科研究及传统文化宣传。通过这些措施,云南少数民族医药有望实现全面发展,为传统医学的保护、传承和创新提供重要支持,为现代医学研究贡献独特的民族智慧。
As the province with the largest concentration of ethnic minorities in China,Yunnan is renowned for its rich resources of ethnic medicine.Over the years,the people of Yunnan,building on the core foundations of Dai,Yi,and Tibetan medicine,have integrated medical knowledge from Miao,Bai,Naxi,and other ethnic groups,forming a unique system of ethnic medicine.Findings indicate that Yunnan s ethnic medicine has achieved significant advancements in both theoretical and practical domains,evolving continuously through accumulation and innovation.With increasing scholarly attention,research and literature on ethnic medicine have expanded substantially,with notable growth in single-ethnic studies,such as those on Dai and Yi medicine.The study of ethnic medicine in Yunnan reveals breakthroughs from theory to practice,an upsurge in research,cross-disciplinary innovations,and notable differences in literature focus.Currently,Yunnan s ethnic medicine faces challenges including insufficient data integration,endangered medicinal resources,and limited integration with modern technology.Future development directions should focus on knowledge consolidation,application of digital technology,biodiversity preservation,interdisciplinary research,and traditional culture promotion.Through these measures,Yunnan s ethnic medicine has the potential to achieve comprehensive development,providing critical support for the preservation,transmission,and innovation of traditional medicine,and contributing valuable ethnic knowledge to modern medical research.
