摘要
米泔水制法是中药特色炮制方法之一,炮制辅料米泔水的质量对中药米泔水制有至关重要的影响。通过梳理历代本草与炮制古籍中米泔水及米泔水制相关记载,对米泔水的历代名称、品种及米泔水制法发展历程进行考证,同时对现行米泔水国家与地方标准进行整理。经考证发现,米泔水名称主要有潘、泔、淅二泔、米泔和米渖;米泔水原料与炮制时当地食用的主要粮食作物种类基本一致,主要有两种,分别为粟米与稻米。米泔水制法始于晋朝,从简至繁,又化繁为简,在唐朝、宋朝和明朝繁荣发展,出现含米泔水制的复制法,演变至今,趋于简化。米泔水作为炮制辅料的作用除能降低药物燥性,还有矫正药材不良气味、净制药材、降低药材毒性的作用。可为米泔水炮制的现代化研究提供历史依据。
Processing with rice-washed water is one of the characteristic processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine.The quality of processing adjuvants material rice-washed water has a crucial influence on the processed drug.In this paper,by combing the relevant records of rice-washed water and rice-washed water processing in ancient Chinese materia medica and processing reference,the name,type,and development of processing with rice-washed water in ancient were researched.At the same time,the current national and local standards of rice-washed water were sorted out.Rice-washed water was mainly named Pan,Gan,Xiergan,Migan,and Mishen.The raw materials of the rice-washed water were the same as the main types of local food crops at the processing time,mainly including millet and rice.As an adjuvant material for processing,the role of rice-washed water can not only reduce the dryness of drugs,but also correct the bad odor of drugs,purify the drugs,and reduce the toxicity of drugs.The development of rice-washed water processing began in the Jin Dynasty,from simple to complex,then changed from complex to simple.It flourished during the Tang,Song and Ming dynasties,and a complex processing method containing rice-washed water appeared.The textual research results of this paper can provide a historical basis for the modernization research of the processing of rice-washed water.
