摘要
目的:探究甘草、桑叶、金银花、白术、白芷、薄荷、丁香、牡丹皮等8种中药水提物及其配伍组方,对口腔致病菌变形链球菌与牙龈卟啉单胞菌的体外抑菌效果。方法:采用牛津杯法测定变形链球菌和牙龈卟啉单胞菌抑菌圈直径;使用二倍梯度稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC);采用棋盘法筛选2种致病菌最佳抑菌配伍组方,并通过测定2种致病菌在最佳配伍组方中24 h内的生长曲线,验证中药配伍组方抑菌效果。结果:白术、金银花、牡丹皮、丁香和甘草对变形链球菌抑菌敏感,抑菌直径为12.73~23.50 mm,MIC值为3.91~31.25 mg/mL;白术、牡丹皮、丁香和甘草对牙龈卟啉单胞菌抑菌敏感,抑菌直径为12.50~27.13 mm,MIC值为15.63 mg/mL,其中牡丹皮和丁香联用,对变形链球菌表现协同作用;牡丹皮和甘草联用,对牙龈卟啉单胞菌表现协同作用;牡丹皮、甘草和丁香三药联用,可同时对口腔2种致病菌表现协同作用,且配伍组方为牡丹皮∶甘草∶丁香=4∶1∶4或2∶8∶1。结论:该研究中草药组合中添加牡丹皮、丁香和甘草有明显抑菌效果,有望研制成含药食同源中药的抗菌产品。
Objective:To explore the in vitro antibacterial effect of licorice,mulberry leaf,honeysuckle,atractylodes,angelica,mint,clove,and peony bark on the oral pathogens streptococcus mutans and porphyromonas gingivalis.Methods:Measure the diameter of streptococcus mutans and porphyromonas gingivalis,determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),select the best antibacterial prescription of two pathogenic bacteria,and determine the growth curve of 2 pathogenic bacteria within 24h.Results:Atractylodes,honeysuckle,peony bark,clove,and licorice were sensitive to streptococcus mutans,inhibitory diameter was 12.73-23.50 mm,and the MIC value was 3.91-31.25 mg/mL.Atractylodes,peony bark,clove,and licorice were antimicrobial susceptibility to porphyromonas gingivalis,iiostatic diameter was 12.50-27.13 mm,the MIC value was 15.63 mg/mL,among them,peony bark and clove are combined,streptococcus mutans.Combining the peony peel and licorice,porphyromonas gingivalis.The combination of peony bark,licorice,and clove,can simultaneously exhibit a synergistic effect on two pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity.The compatibility group is peony skin∶licorice∶clove=4∶1∶4 or 2∶8∶1.Conclusion:Cortex moutan,clove,and licorice were added to inhibit bacteria.
