带环形助爆锥反拱爆破片的屈曲与破裂分析

摘要 带环形助爆锥的反拱爆破片组件是一种特殊的气路开关,环形助爆锥旨在沿环向较整齐地刺破反拱爆破片,使开关起到“关则全关通则全通”的作用.破裂压力是反拱爆破片的主要技术参数,分析和认识反拱爆破片的破裂机制,有助于设计和控制其破裂压力,提高开关的工作性能.首先建立带环形助爆锥反拱爆破片组件的确定性轴对称有限元模型,开展几何非线性屈曲计算,得到了爆破片的反拱变形随压力增大的变化曲线,认识了爆破片依次以环形垫块内边缘为支承翻拱跳跃和以环形助爆锥锥尖为支承翻拱跳跃两种屈曲模式.然后以环形助爆锥锥尖高度、宽度和爆破片厚度为设计变量建立带环形助爆锥反拱爆破片组件的参数化轴对称有限元模型,开展几何非线性屈曲的静力学和冲击动力学计算,分析、认识了这些设计参数对爆破片破裂压力的影响规律.最后将数值计算结果与实测结果相结合进行分析,认识了带环形助爆锥反拱爆破片存在与两种屈曲模式相应的破裂机制,即一次屈曲破裂机制和二次屈曲破裂机制.研究结果可为该类型爆破片组件的结构优化设计提供理论依据. The reverse arch bursting disc assembly with annular explosion-booster cone is a special gas cir⁃cuit switch.The annular explosion-booster cone is designed to puncture the bursting disc neatly along the annular direction,so that the switch can realize the purpose of"all closed when off,all open when on".The rupture pressure is the main performance parameter of the reverse arch bursting disc.The analysis of the rupture mechanism is help⁃ful to design and control the rupture pressure,so as to improve the working performance of the switch.In this paper,the deterministic axisymmetric finite element model of the reverse arch bursting disc assembly with annular blasting booster cone is established firstly,and the geometrical nonlinear buckling calculation is carried out.The deformation process of the bursting disc is obtained when the reverse arch pressure increases.Two buckling modes of the bursting disc are recognized,that is,it jumps reversely with the internal edge of the annular cushion as the support and with the tip of the annular blasting booster cone as the support sequentially.Then the parameterized axisymmetric finite element model of the anti-arch bursting disc assembly with annular blasting cone is established by taking the height and width of the tip of annular blasting cone and the thickness of the bursting disc as the parameter vari⁃ables,and both of the statics and impact calculation and analysis are carried out,and the influence of these param⁃eters on the rupture pressure of the bursting disc is recognized;At the same time,the numerical results are com⁃bined with the measured results,and the fracture mechanisms corresponding to two buckling modes are recognized,that is,the primary buckling fracture mechanism and the secondary buckling fracture mechanism.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the structural optimization design of this type of rupture disc assembly.
